As you know Ian is supporting Pathways on his sponsored bike ride from Lands End to John o'Groats. Below is an extract from his fundraising page:

Bottom up 2008
We start the ride on July 6th 2008 and head north to John O'Groats aiming to arrive and finish on July 18th.
There are three of us and we are all helping to raise funds for different charities. This ride is a massive task for us all but we are so determined to finish.

I've chosen Pathways as I want to give something back to a place where I grew up. It is a community centre which will really benefit all the local people. I appreciate everything you can spare. Any donation will help me get through the daily aches and pains.
